We strongly believe one simple rule – treat others as you would like to be treated. That means that we take great pride in providing ornaments that we would be willing to add to our personal collection, carefully packaging every order, and shipping out every order as quickly as possible.

How It All Began

We have been collecting Hallmark ornaments since the late 1970s. When we were kids, we loved adding a new Hallmark Ornament to the tree every year. When we grew up and took our ornaments with us to our new homes, our parents seemed to miss certain ornaments that we had added to their trees over the years. So, we began looking into replacing those ornaments for them, and this is how our business began.  That is when The Ornament Factory was born. It seemed like the perfect idea – a hobby that we already loved and enjoyed that we could share with others.
