Fisher Price….A Trip Down Memory Lane

Growing up, I have many fond memories of Fisher Price toys. Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments has been turning those fond memories into ornaments for us to relive those wonderful childhood memories during the holiday season.

The First to Start the Series….

In 2007, Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments started the Fisher Price series with toys from years ago. The first in the series is the See N Say. A childhood classic toy, the See N Say, made by Fisher Price is a 2007 Hallmark Keepsake ornament. Pull on the string and hear the authentic sounds of education.

The Barn with all the Animals….

I will never forget when you opened the barn door on the farm and it would make a mooing sound. The Play Family Farm does the same! This 2008, Hallmark Keepsake ornament, Play Family Farm, is the classic toy that displays sounds on a farm. Open the barn door on this Hallmark Keepsake ornament and see what animal sound you hear.

The Newest Addition to the Series….

The newest Fisher Price Hallmark Keepsake Ornament is the Change-a-Tune Piano. Rotate the knob to hear one of three classic tunes.

 Two of my Personal Favorites….

From the Hallmark Fisher Price Ornament series, my two favorites are the 2009 Chatter Telephone and the 2009 School Bus.

A miniature version of the 1960’s classic Fisher Price toy, the Chatter Telephone has all of the bright color and the wheels move like that original one. The School Bus has the wheels that move and the bus driver and people inside.

What are everyone’s big plans for the weekend? We have Aiden the Elf’s birthday party Saturday that we are all looking forward to. I think we will finish up with the Christmas decorations and get up the last of the trees. Of course we will have some work to do because an elf’s work is never done. It is a good thing we love what we do!

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Do not forget to check The Ornament Factory out on our other social media. We are on Facebook,Twitter , and Instagram!
